The i Club Suggested Chapter Letter of Intent

On this __ day of month, year, we come together to express our sincere interest in forming a chapter of The i Club at school. We, the undersigned, have a mutual interest in The i Club’s goals and a belief that we can make a difference in our community. We will go about completing all procedures required by The i Club and by our school to receive recognition as a formal chapter of The i Club.
